Acqua Alta by Donna Leon. A Commissario Guido Brunetti Venetian mystery. An excellent series that may be read out of order.
Poetry
Blue Iris: Poems and Essays by Mary Oliver. Poems and short essays on plants and flowers. She is not a sentimental Romantic. Highest recommendation.
